IPR – Tracking the World’s Best Internet Poker Players

InternetPokerRankings.com, known simply as IPR, is one the largest and longest running internet tournament tracking sites on the internet.  We are operated by Dimat Online Inc., which is owned by noted poker author and player Matthew Hilger.  Dimat Online Inc. is a conglomerate of websites which hosts the premier Texas Hold'em Forums at www.internettexasholdem.com, as well as the state-of-the-art blog and website consortium at www.pokerwonks.com.

Founded in 2006, IPR tracks the world’s major online tournaments.  Most of the tournaments have a buy-in greater than $100 and many of the tournaments have guaranteed prize pools over $100,000.  IPR has had two recognizable online players win the last couple of years, 2006 winner Shawn “phat-cat” Luman and 2007 winner Jon “PearlJammer” Turner.  

Now in 2008, we are introducing the first International Player of the Year race to recognize the top international players in the world.  This year there are two races, the US IPOY (Internet Player of the Year) and the International IPOY.
